About The Care Factory
The Care Factory was founded by three women whose goal is to support managers and leaders in recognising and addressing mental health and related concerns in the workplace.
Coming from backgrounds in conflict management, leadership coaching and clinical psychology, our aim is to provide information and practical skills to those in charge of and responsible for other people.
We know about the issues you may be dealing with as a leader and manager, and we are here to support you.
